It’s best to book as early as possible to secure your preferred date and venue. For large events like weddings, we recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance. However, we also offer services for last-minute events, depending on availability.

We recommend booking your services at least 6 months in advance to ensure the best experience. The earlier you book, the more options and services will be available to you, allowing for a fully customized, one-of-a-kind event. More lead time also gives you the flexibility to create a more elaborate and unique experience.

For events booked 90 days or more in advance, we can provide full-service planning. However, for shorter timeframes, here’s how we can accommodate:

• 30-59 days before the event:
  Decorations must be selected from our available inventory. Custom decorations cannot be created within this timeframe without an expedited services fee. Custom centerpieces are limited to 10, even with the expedited fee. Weddings cannot be accommodated unless using on-hand decorations, and no additional event planning services will be available. Other event planning services may have restrictions.

• 60-90 days before the event:
  Custom decorations can be created, but the limit for centerpieces is 20, even with the expedited services fee. Decorations from our inventory will not incur an expedited fee. Other event planning services may have restrictions.

Virsigns provides flexible and affordable payment options for all events.

For events scheduled 6 months or more in advance, a 25% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be split into equal payments, with the total due 30 days before the event.

For events booked 90 days or more ahead, a 50% deposit is required, and the full balance must be paid 30 days before the event.

For events booked 30-45 days in advance, the full amount of the event is required at booking.

Virsigns do provide financing for qualified clients.

We specialize in planning a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, anniversaries, baby showers, church events, and more. We customize our services to fit your specific needs, your specific budget, and your event vision.

No.  We don’t provide these services directly, but we will work closely with your chosen vendors to handle all coordination, taking the stress off your shoulders. We can also offer a selection of recommended vendors to meet your needs. If you choose to add multiple vendors to your event, we’ll include their costs in your Virsigns account. This way, if you’re on a monthly payment plan, you’ll only need to make one payment to us, simplifying the process and saving you the hassle of paying multiple vendors.

You get to decide how often you are communicated with.  By default, Virsigns will update you via email each time a major milestone is completed on your project plan.  If you want to be communicated with more frequently, we can accommodate!
